The Future Mind team is looking for an IT Systems Analyst to join us in  Warsaw, Tychy, Poznań, or fully remotely.

Your role (first 3-6 months)
  • assessing the client systems architecture currently in place and working with the partnerships team to recommend well-fitted solutions, 
  • designing and documenting in BPMN crucial processes that take place in implemented mobile solutions,
  • carrying out workshops with clients related to the analysis phase of new business requirements, 
  • designing the GraphQL schemas for the e-commerce engine aligned with business requirements,
  • close cooperation with mobile/backend developers, UX designers, and analysts.
Your role (after 6 months): All of the above plus:

  • fulfilling the project requirements using existing partnership solutions to shorten the development cycle, 
  • taking part in the certification processes of selected partners,
  • validating the potential technology partner capabilities and use cases for existing clients. 
Technical requirements
  • knowledge of at least one programming language is a plus,
  • ability to read the source code and technical documentation is a must,
  • knowledge of BPMN and UML,
  • communication protocols like: HTTP, WebSockets,
  • basic knowledge related to GraphQL.

What we’re also looking for:
  • at least 3 years of professional experience in IT Systems Analysis, preferably with mobile software solutions,
  • great communication skills, the ability to ask the right questions and drill deep to get valuable answers, 
  • experience in carrying out workshops and interviews with clients,
  • knowledge of relevant methodologies for drawing up software requirements and business processes,
  • knowledge of issues and tools related to software systems integration, 
  • understanding of how databases and cloud solutions work, 
  • great analytical skills, adaptability, self-reliance, creativity,
  • preferably a technical degree,
  • experience in working with clients at all levels of large and small organisations,
  • good command of English.
