We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist (2nd Line) who will join the team of our direct Client from the UK to co-create together with our growing team a product based on new technologies and modern tools for a leader in its industry.  

What you’ll be doing:

  • In a nutshell – working on an insurance modeling product for the insurance and financial industry.
  • Supporting the first line of support,
  • Verifying and determining the causes of reported problems,
  • Solving the problems based on own findings or based on a knowledge base – if code changes are not needed,
  • Creating a bug report for implementation by the development team,
  •  Keeping knowledge base documentation up to date,
  • Possibility to take “on-call” shifts (optional) . 
You’ll be the best fit if you have:

  • At least one year of experience working as technical support,
  • Analytical skills and you are eager to solve problems,
  • Communicativeness, ability to work in a team,
  • At least basic knowledge of REST API, .Net, Angular and SQL,
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud as a plus,
  • Very good (min. B2+) spoken and written English,
  • Technical education.
