We’re hiring an IT Support Specialist and you will ensure our users are using the latest and best tools to perform their functions. As with all of the technology issues that arise, coming to a resolution needs to be done quickly, efficiently and with the highest level of customer service. You will be the first point of contact and remediation for any enterprise tools and services used by our users. 

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

  • Be the go-to person for employee technical issues and ensure they have the tools they need to perform their work
  • Support new hire on-boarding process – setup laptops, VOIP telephone systems, Active Directory, email access, VPN access, access to enterprise tools, etc.
  • Troubleshoot employee computing devices, conference room infrastructure, and enterprise tool issues and work with Infrastructure and Security resources to resolved in a timely manner
  • Support trouble shooting enterprise tool and employee systems (networks, firewalls, switches, and router infrastructure)
  • Qualifications

    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience setting up and supporting Windows and Mac devices. Must have strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Mac OS setups and troubleshooting. 
  • 2+ years of managing enterprise tools such as Office 365 user setups, Active Directory, Mobile Device Management (i.e. JAMF, Pulseway, Intune, etc), video conferencing, and VOIP telephone systems
  • Must be fluent English speaking (C1)
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and be comfortable with change
  • Ability to translate technical activities (techno-speak) into understandable information and examples
