Our Manufacturing IT Operations and Continuous Improvement organization makes a huge impact for our company. We are focused on aligning IT support to meet business objectives, enabling the manufacturing sites to increase production of critical therapies for our patients around the world. The Continuous Improvement team is responsible for driving global programs to improve operational stability of IT infrastructure and systems, as well as aligning IT processes to manufacturing operations.

Primary Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvement

  • Working with practice leads, representing the interests of the manufacturing division

  • Drive IT Service Management practice adoption within the Manufacturing division (including but not limited to Incident, Problem, Change Enablement)

  • Ability to interact and communicate with various IT & business teams, at all levels of the organization

  • Excellent facilitation and consultation skills

  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analysis of current processes using operational metrics, reports and provide insights

  • Preparation of ad-hoc reports, presentations and provide critical inputs for various meetings with senior management

  • Your profile

  • 3-5 years’ work experience, with prior experience in IT Service Management (ideally working with ServiceNow in some capacity)

  • Experience supporting BioPharma manufacturing desired

  • ITIL certification (preferably ITIL 4)

  • Excellent analytical creative problem-solving skills

  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail

  • Good communication skills, capable in delivering sound recommendations based on data

  • Strong oral & written communication in English

  • Able to manage stakeholders in different locations

  • Able to effectively prioritize and execute multiple activities to achieve objectives
