  • salary: PLN 7,000-8,500 net + VAT (B2B) + up to 15 days off (or the equivalent on the contract of employment).
A scope of tasks that you’re familiar with:
  • analysis of clients’ business requirements,
  • risk and budget management,
  • prioritizing, planning, scheduling, monitoring project progress,
  • the ability to define the vision of the project and prepare the US, project roadmap,
  • preparation of the project backlog,
  • maintaining constant contact with the client and communicating the progress and budget,
  • identifying blockers and helping to overcome them.
We expect from you:
  • min. 1-2 years in managing IT projects,
  • English at the level of min. B2,
  • experience in working with a Polish and/or foreign client,
  • knowledge of task delegation tools (e.g. Jira / Clickup / Trello / Gitlab etc.)
  • knowledge SCRUM,
  • the ability to prepare business analyzes for clients,
  • experience in working with a diverse development team.
Nice if you have:
  • experience in both projects related to software development from scratch and maintenance projects,
  • process management skills – including knowledge of BPMN,
  • experience in preparing documentation.
