What You’ll Do Here:
Monitoring and maintaining IT systems and services all around the world (11 offices)
Cooperation on developing department policies
Vendor management
Automating and innovating internal processes
Managing and maintaining company HW and SW tools, management of company technical equipment, keeping records, arranging maintenance
Training employees
Resolving help desk escalations (MacOS, Windows)
Communicating in English with colleagues
Solving everyday users’ and technical issues within the offices
Creating technical documentation and other non-technical manuals
What You’ll Bring to Us
Very good overview and interest in the IT field, including audio/video
Advanced knowledge of OS Windows and Mac OS; knowledge of Linux/Unix is an advantage
Knowledge of networking, VOIP and security
Experience with programming languages is an advantage
Fluent (native-like level) of Czech/Slovak and active knowledge of English for everyday communication with colleagues and suppliers
Experience with everyday communication with clients (internal/external) and their support
Good time management, ability to meet deadlines and to finish assigned projects, analytical thinking and patience, proactive and positive approach
Being able to simplify and automate tasks
