Inventory and Logistics coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH’s services and work closely with the internal departments to provide the client with digital services that complement their print
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Take detailed briefs from our client, process orders and provide desired solution through our wide range of suppliers
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
  • Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
  • Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of consolidated stock reports
  • Closely monitor stock movements and provide sufficient report to stakeholders
  • Analyzing data received from warehouses, with due consideration for the influence of missing information, outliers, plus confounding and extraneous variables
  • Route cargo in accordance with legal and customer requirements
  • Coordinate the routing process
  • Actively use the software chosen per the client
  • Capture all costs associated with jobs
  • Actively look for capture savings opportunities and added value opportunities when possible
  • Actively participate in team meetings, conference calls, and daily project management calls with the HHG team and with the client
  • Communication with warehouses, shippers, consignees, freight forwarders, clients, and internal communication within the team
  • Eliminate or minimize risk exposure for HHG and customers
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform HHG core values, actively promote teamwork and represent HHG according to company culture
Knowledge, Skills + Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent college degree – focus in Logistics preferred
  • Languages required - English
  • International logistics experience preferred: warehousing, transportation, supply chain principles
  • Scheduling and critical path management experience preferred
  • Issue resolution experience
