International ISV Sales Manager
Job Purpose
The Partner Manager is responsible for winning new ISV Partnerships. You will be building a pipeline of ISV (Independent Software Vendors) Partners, including epos providers, online ordering applications, CRM, ERP, Accountancy Platforms and Business Management Systems across a wide range of sectors. You will identify and engage with potential partners, managing the entire sales process from prospecting through to integration and going live as an EVO Partner.
The Partner Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to potential new partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market.
Duties and responsibilities
Winning new ISV Partners
Identify & qualify prospective ISV Partner Opportunities
Build and Maintain a pipeline of potential partners
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key decision makers and influencers within a potential partner businesses – included MD, CEO, CTO, COO, Senior Developers
Manage partner sales cycle to ensure delivery of expected new partner volumes
Present and negotiate commercial agreements in line with EVO’s commercial guidelines
Agree the go-to-market plan / strategy to ensure a successful pilot and ongoing partnerships and revenue generation goals are achieved
Coordinates the involvement of the wider EVO team, including technical support to ensureany integration or technical requirementsor objectives or the partners are met
Work with Legal and Commercial stakeholders to negotiate Partner Contracts
Provide regular pipeline and progress reports to management
Support the wider Sales Team
Offers support and expertise to the wider Sales team to ensure overall Sales & Business target are achieved
Qualifications
Several years of B2B sales experience in the Card payments market, within a target driven environment and managing longer sales cycle’s
Contract negotiation experience – from a commercial and legal perspective
Experience of stakeholder management at senior levels within partners
Good knowledge of MS-Office products
Very good communication skills,
Effective and responsible way of working
High flexibility and basic willingness to travel
Very strong goal-orientation
Confident manner and strong negotiation skills
Strong customer and service orientation
