We are seeking an  International Assignment Consultant/ Relocation Consultant  to join our expanding Prague team in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating the relocation process (via phone/ email only) of client’s employees from start to finish (inbound, outbound and intra-EMEA)
  • Being the main point of contact to the expatriate population to provide advice in all aspects of their relocation including benefits (relocation policy review, moving services, destination services, immigration/tax, cross-cultural and language training, temporary living, and other entitlements).
  • Managing supplier relationships for international services including tax, immigration, relocation assistance, temporary accommodation, etc.
  • Required Skills

    You are the right fit if you:

  • Have previous experience of international assignments /working and living abroad (advantage)
  • Have previous customer service experience (essential)
  • have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German would be an advantage)
  • Have a keen interest in Cultural Awareness
  • Possess good organizational and time management skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Are adaptable, creative, assertive and have a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Have a degree in Business or related field (advantage)
  • Eligible to legally work in the Czech Republic
