What you will do

  • Supporting all internal and external HR related inquiries and requests
  • Maintaining physical and electronic records of employees
  • Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
  • Assisting with performance management procedures and tax declarations of employees
  • Creating and completing onboarding and termination paperwork, confirmations of employments, etc., supporting the entire onboarding processes of new employees
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Performing ad hoc HR related tasks
  • What you should bring

  • Minimum high school education
  • Native level of Czech and C1 level of English required
  • Previous experience with HR and/or Labour Law is considered an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, punctual and result oriented person with attention to detail
  • Good expertise in using MS tools
  • Previous work experience in the international environment is a plus
