You will work with colleagues in a large variety of positions and roles enabling you to build a great network within Maersk Group.
This is initially a temporary assignment with an intention to extension to permanent.
•Performs various clerical and administrative in accordance with the planning schedules and anticipates discrepancies that may arise.
•Advises of any discrepancies or any shortage of trains or delays.
•Plans the rail deliveries, communicates with terminals and ports.
•Works in her/his assigned areas with contracted carriers.
•IP is in direct contact with Customer Service and the carriers.
•Schedules delivery and orders in company systems.
•Redesigning transport as needed or based on sudden outages.
•Proactively identify challenges within the Intermodal process which we manage and suggest possible solution to optimize the process.
We are looking for
•Secondary education with school-leaving exam.
•Person with high level of focus on details, able to self-organize the work and respect deadlines.
•Experience in the field as advantage, not condition.
•Computer competence of MS Office – mainly Word, Excel.
•Language skills in English in spoken and written form, level B2.
•Common Czech/Slovak language as crucial condition
