As our teams are continuously growing, we are currently looking for an Inside Sales / Business Development Representative , to join our international team located in Prague.

Job Description:

As an  Inside Sales / Business Development Representative ,  you are the key person for the expansion and sustainable development of our sales pipeline and will work closely with our marketing and sales teams. You open the door to the biggest accounts in Czechia and the emerging markets.

You will help Merkle sell more efficiently and effectively across the region and understand the prospective client decision-making process and organizational map. Thanks to your proactive way of approaching people, you will have no inhibitions about making the first telephone contact and getting into a conversation and following up on qualified marketing leads. With your flair for communication, it is also easy for you to understand customer needs and to argue along our service portfolio. Finally, you’ll develop your own pre-sales pipeline of qualified leads based on your target accounts.


What we are looking for: 

  • Fluent written and spoken Czech & good English for this position 
  • Excellent written and communication skills are vital
  • Ability to do market research in a commercial environment 
  • Good presentation skills 
  • Looking forward to expand career in Sales 
  • Highly motivated & well-organize 
  • Strong ability to learn & think quickly
  • A team player with a positive mindset 
  • Background in information technology, professional services or digital agency is an advantage (know-how in Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, CRM, marketing automation and / or customer experience is a big plus)
