For our Czech organization based in Prague we are hiring an HR Manager.

In addition to the traditional HR duties described below, we need someone with the desire and energy to implement change with us. For a long time we have operated in a very traditional, results-oriented way. We see that on this journey we need a strong HR partner who can grasp the role from a process perspective, but also from a human and cultural perspective. 


Your responsibilities

  • Accountable for the HR agent in PA Czech Republic (100 employees) and member of the CZ leadership team

  • Responsible for all HR processes within the legal entity – from recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, Performance/talent management, compensation and benefits to HR reporting, systems and compliance
  • Lead and coach HR juniors (HR generalist and Talent acquisition specialist)
  • Further strengthen the Talent sourcing and Development strategy to support continuous growth
  • Work closely with the local Leadership Team to drive company culture, onsult managers on organizational and individual employment matters
  • Preparation of HR policies / Processes and support of implementation of global ERP roll-out (i.e., switch of time recording system)
  • Close cooperation with external stakeholders (e.g., external payroll provider, local authorities, international HR colleagues in global team)
  • Perspective to take over HR business partner responsibilities for Cluster/global HR projects


Your Profile

  • Experience in accounting for an HR agenda and leading a team preferred
  • Solid knowledge in CZ employment law and payroll requirements
  • Experience with modern HR processes and systems (eg success factors and Time & Attendance; Change and Project Management
  • Previous work experience in an international company as well as experience in posting employees abroad is a plus
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Fluent in Czech and English
