We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our EMEA HR team.
You will be the HR focal point for employees and managers at Check Point, have the autonomy to lead HR initiatives, innovations, agendas and be part of a great HR team!

Your Impact & Responsibilities

Provide HR support for Check Point leaders and employees in the Southern and Eastern Europe 

• Support HR corporate policies (including recreation, performance review process, Talent Management etc.) and implement them successfully in the organization

• Guidance and Administration of international and local HR Processes and instruments

• Support the Recruiting Team and ensure a great candidate and employee journey, especially during onboarding

• Be part of the HR EMEA team and work closely with HQ Functions

Your Knowledge & Skills

 2 years of experience in HR Generalist/ HR Specialist role

• Bachelor and Master degree in related field

• Familiar with current human resource concepts, practices and procedures

• Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve employee issues

• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English

• Profound knowledge of MS Office
