We have anopportunity for a HRServices Administrato r to join our Human Resources Services team in Prague . You willbe working with internal and external customers, business leaders and will beresponsible of timely delivery of the high quality customer service in linewith Honeywell processes and will be responsible to fulfill widerange of HR Services operations related. The position is suitable for someonewho is looking to start a career in HR field or in corporate environment.

Please note, that this position is limited 12 months full-time contract.

HR ServicesAdministrator responsibilities:

  • On-boarding process administration (including but not limited to contract preparation, track progress, induction and all necessary arrangements)
  • Exit process administration
  • Employee letters (e.g. verification letters)
  • Employment contracts modifications
  • Medical and benefits administration
  • Leave administration
  • Reports related to HRS
  • Support HRS related audit
  • Managing HRS service requests in CRM according to Golden rules
  • Answering to employees queries and direct them to the right channel if needed
  • Involvement in process integration if required
  • Initiate improvement ideas and action on it
  • Coordinate and provide data and information to payroll for monthly closing
  • Comply with all required policies & local labour law
  • Qualifications

  • High school education with maturita exam
  • Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English
  • MS Offices and general computer knowledge (word, excel, outlook, CRM systems)
  • Ability to work independently
