The Global Mobility Team designs and delivers a framework of operational, consultative and compliance solutions to assist the organization effectively navigate the inherent challenges of cross border transitions/relocations and international travel compliance. We provide decision makers with expert end-to-end guidance that reflects our commitment to balance compliance, business objectives and organizational values.
As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will support SAP employees from all over the world who are travelling or relocating to your countries of responsibility. Together with 3rd party providers and other SAP departments, you will ensure that immigration, tax and social security requirements are met for those employees.
You will be ready to advise and provide consultation to recruiters, managers, employees and new hires and will need to identify solutions to non-standard cases. Moreover, you will make sure that costs of mobility services are accurately ordered and billed.
We are looking for people who want to continuously develop their knowledge in this area, as well as improve our own processes. This position is ideal for someone with previous HR/customer service experience who is looking for a role with a global company in an international team.
Excellent communication skills are essential; English and German language skills are mandatory. You need to be self-driven, highly organized with a profound sense of accountability. You demonstrate customer-focus, critical thinking and analytical skills.
