We are looking for a Enthusiastic project manager with experience in implementing Digital projects preferable in HR field, role for Enterprise Service Management platform implementation in our central Eastern Europe. The person will be part of CEE HR Team and work closely with global and regional team responsible for ESM implementation in Danone.

Job requirements:

• Managing the implementation of various HR projects with a focus on Digital HR Transformation
• Connects with global team to understand and apply locally content methodology and templates.
• Planning, organizing and allocating the necessary resources for each stage of the project in order to meet the established objectives
• Creates content roadmap based on local context (performs analysis of what is most in demand content, runs interview with service line process owners, etc).
• Identify people within teams that can provide the relevant content.
• Coordinates the work of content creators to deliver the content within the required timelines and add it to ServiceNow.
• Produce the mapping for the content to the relevant categorise so this can be mapped in the ServiceNow portal.
• Define and communicate to technical team any specific requirements for content visibility (to specific groups of users, etc).
