Job Description — HR Data Management Leader
The HR Data Management Leader provides impact analysis and serves as the senior secondary contact to assist both Tier 3 and Tier 2 in managing "data" within the Global HR Shared Services HRIS global systems. Identifying technical issues and answering questions relating to complex Global HR Shared Services Data Processing service levels and Global HR Shared Services Data standards in all systems. Assisting with Global HR Shared Services Global team supporting all Payroll and HR processing with Core HR System "Associate Central", "GlobalView", "Enterprise
Responsibilities include (but may not be limited to):
 Work with Tier 3 Support in a subject matter expert manner, advising and supporting data and process issues
for the Global HR Shared Services function.
 Manage multiple global data issues in all HRIS systems.
 Accountable for data stabilization requirements and help drive process improvements for data integrity.
Identify and share technical constraints found to Tier 3 team and where necessary, AC Tech team.
 Responsible for execution of Mass Data loads and provide support and guidance to Tier 2 within Country HR
services level agreements.
 Daily management/audit/troubleshooting of several HRIS systems that are critical for the global functioning
of internal ADP HR systems activity.
 Have awareness of CRM systems, salesforce and manage tickets assigned within service level agreements.
 Awareness of challenges related to international data management and can successfully work in "project
mode" with various teams and individuals across the world, with a high level of autonomy and proactivity.
 Autonomous in ensuring the interface between GLOBAL HR SHARED SERVICES and the business scopes in all
ADP countries. Be a "subject matter expert" internally.
 Participate in coaching/training with Global HR Shared Service resources and Global HR users as required.
 Support Tier 3/Tier 2 in management of data relating to the Cross-border Manager population specifically
focusing on data integrity and ensuring this population has access to in country HR systems/tools.
 Work directly with the dedicated Global HR Call Centre for support and guidance as required, along with
suggestions and improvements for processing data changes in alignment with HR system functionality.
Qualifications/Technical Experience:
 Must possess high technical aptitude and understand system interfaces.
 Demonstrate excellent analytical and technical problem solving skills.
 Solid project management skills and be collaborative in nature.
 Strong interpersonal skills, have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the
organization
 Must have solid decision making skills and the ability to influence others.
 Ability to understand country specific information.
 Ability to understand complex organizational changes/structure
 Must be detail oriented
 Must have experience in SAP GlobalView/Success Factors/CRM Tools
 Excel, power point, MS office knowledge a key requirement.
Education:
 Bachelors Degree in related field
 3-5 years experience with HRIS systems
 Other than English, other languages preferred.
