We are looking for a new team member to join our international HR team taking care of three different countries (CZ/SK/HU). What are the main areas of influence?
Carry out budgetary controls of Headcount and Internal Personnel Costs
Participate in the construction of budgets/trends and analyses in partnership with the Finance team
Animate review meetings of Actual/Trend/Budget and communicate results to business stakeholders.
Analyse results of HR and Financial KPIs and suggest financial cost-optimization efficiency based on analysis of risks and opportunities.
Implement a pay and social benefits strategy, enabling the attraction and loyalty-building of talent while respecting business issues.
Direct the process of pay revisions and conduct regular analysis on the competitiveness of pay and social benefits practices, market surveys, and job mapping.
Other tasks and projects such as Rewards training for managers, Rewards Policy updates, etc
What competencies are we looking for?
Highly organized (You need to be able to keep track of several projects at once and be always on point with your current project status)
Time Management (Your role involved many stakeholders; you need to make sure to plan your time efficiently)
Analytical mindset (You are responsible for systematic changes regarding our employees compensation and rewards)
Professional communicator (You are a partner to the managers across several departments and functions. You need to communicate properly sensitive information and provide excellent customer care to your colleagues)
4 years of experience in controlling (ideally in HR)
Czech or Slovak native + English C1
Analytical and numerical skills (advanced Excel skills)
Data analysis is comfortable for you (proven record)
Preferably knowledge of SAP modules
