HR Business Solutions Specialist WITH SWEDISH

Location: Prague

Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are looking for HR Business Solutions Specialist with Swedish. YOU will be responsible for the complex and sensitive cases. You may serve as a basic subject matter expert for HR operations for stakeholders within a specific group (UK/IE).

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Support the execution of HR operations solutions aligned with business direction
  • Provide basic subject matter expertise to support data analysis, programs, processes, and employee communication initiatives
  • Provides routine support to stakeholders on specific functional areas to facilitate the creation of value through people
  • Support the implementation of global/standardized HR processes that can be implemented at the local level
  • Support the implementation of effective strategies to guide the organization through periods of change (e. g. , acquisition, internal growth, restructurings), enabling implementation at the local level
  • Support the implementation of programs to support cultures that drive innovation and employee engagement enabling implementation at the local level
  • Partner with Specialist Groups and BUHR to ensure coordination of HR strategies and processes across the organization.
  • Qualifications

    We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Demonstrates customer orientation and customer service skills
  • Computer literate with knowledge of common office productivity software and the ability to learn customer service software applications MS Office, email, Internet Explorer)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based environment
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Continuous learning mindset – always curious, learn from mistakes, be open-minded and willing to learn with others, and willing to share knowledge
  • Great work ethics – be reliable, meet deadlines, deliver the results, be open to receiving feedback
  • English Swedish (oral and written), and other languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
