We are looking for an HRBP for the Czech Republic reporting to the HR EMEA Manager.

The HRBP works closely in supporting local R&D managers and employees as well as other departments managers. Main purpose of this role is to help the local management team and drive and support local people capabilities with the business strategy and needs, maximize the employee experience, drive a robust organizational climate aim to attract, develop and retain the right talent to the organization.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to grow into a HRBP/HR Partner role. The role offers invaluable professional experience and unique insights into the company by supporting a key corporate department.

Your responsibilities include:


  • Provide feedback (specific to different countries) on HR policies, processes, and programs and its implementation locally
  • Drive the deployment of HR services that are required to be executed at a local level such as Employee labor relations, disciplinary and investigation activities, long-term sickness, performance review (PIPs), supporting consultations etc
  • Business partnership with the local leadership team
  • Support local payroll processing in collaboration with external vendor
  • Partner with Managers and the TA team in local recruitment drives
  • Collaborate with CoEs to facilitate & cascade HR communications in the appropriate language
  • Participate in HR projects/events and programs as well as improvement initiatives and business events
  • Support cyclical processes (i.e., Performance and Development, Talent Review, Calibration), Compensation Management etc.).
  • Manage and execute complex processes and programs (e.g., career & succession planning, etc.).
  • Participate in delivering HR/Business projects
  • Lead HR processes within the Unit (recruitment, onboarding, OD, compensation, welfare) and ensure compliance to global practices and policies
  • Professional focal point for managers and employees at all levels (management consulting, career development, individuals' personal needs etc.).
  • Support organizational change management projects; communications and transition plans.
  • Ensure people data accuracy for the department and provide information and reports on data, leverage information to create deep insights and facilitate decisions.
  • Drive talent strategy for the department including people, HiPo and managers development programs in partnership with the corporate as well as independent programs.

Who we are looking for:


  • 4/5 years professional Human Resource experience as HR Specialist/ HRBP
  • Educational background within Human Resources or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience in HR processes, tools and working methods according to work focus – recruitment processes, competence development, trainings
  • Vast knowledge of Czech labour law
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Successful experience in supporting operational HR for hybrid organization.
  • Experience in managing employee relations
  • Experience working in complex, matrix and global environment
  • Familiar with best practice people processes and experienced in coaching managers through this and leading where necessary.
