Location: Flexible within our European operating markets
As a part of the team, you will be responsible for supporting our team of SuccessFactors specialists in delivering excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have good analytical skills, some knowledge of Excel, and be willing to play with the system.
More specifically, you are going to be a trusted expert who will:
- Support the team of SuccessFactors specialists in providing exceptional service to our clients
- Support the incidents resolution (sorting the tickets for the Key Admins, resolving basic and repeated issues)
- Perform basic tasks in SuccessFactors (e.g. granting permissions for standard roles, granting access to LMS admins, managing the accounts in TEST instance
- Participate in the semi-annual releases (supporting testing, checking simple changes, support roll-out: help with workbook preparation/adjustment, prepare testing org structure)
- Support to HOPS reporting, including PowerBI dashboard updates (monthly/quarterly)
- Cooperate with the IT organization and Accenture to ensure refresh of Test environment to mirror Prod settings as part of system maintenance processes
- Admin, data and testing support to HR digital projects (e.g. data and reporting clean up, RBS governance etc.)
- Develop deep system knowledge and SuccessFactors expertise in order to provide the support to end-users (incident resolution, new demand, support to business owners and key users of the particular module(s) of expertise)
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus, but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and comfortable with playing with the system.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
