The Helpdesk Engineer works on improving infrastructure, provides help to the end-users with technical issues and handles projects.
Taking ownership of tasks and issues and resolving them depending on user expectations
Supporting of users in remote offices using RDP tools
Workspace preparation for newcomers, setup of workstation environment
Participating in the process of purchasing IT equipment: search, approval, ordering and receiving
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
Communication skills in English
Experience with administrating Windows and Linux/MAC client operating systems
Knowledge of Windows or Unix server operating systems
Knowledge of office and network hardware (MFU, Wifi APs, UPS, Laptops, Switches and etc.)
