Graduate, Delivery Management
As a Graduate Delivery Management, you will rotate on various tasks related to the Ordering and Delivery phase of Network Services. You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to various aspects of the Network Services ordering and delivery lifecycle and working on real world challenges from day one.
Reporting to the Team Manager Delivery Management, you will be a part of the Network Ordering and Delivery team responsible for successful and timely delivery of Network Services Orders to our customers in the aviation industry within our SITA at Airports & Borders business unit

What you will do
• Successfully deliver Network Services orders to SITA customers (Service Delivery)
• Liaise with customer local contact, SITA internal teams, our vendors/ partners and ensure delivery of orders as per agreed scope, quality and time.
• Predict and mitigate risk in relation to your orders, suggest plan B/ alternate wherever possible.
• Communicate proactively and timely to all involved
• Keep all necessary tools updated in real time
• Produce and share reports related to your orders as necessary

Who you are
• University degree at Bachelor/Master’s level in a technology related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, SmartSheets, and PowerBI would be useful but not mandatory
• Good time management skills, and attention to detail.
• Capability to influence and organize, with persistence and enthusiasm. 
• Ability to work well independently and comfortably with international teams.
• Fluent in English language (other languages are an advantage); 
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Must obtain your degree by July 2022. 
• Must have less than 12 months’ post graduate experience, excluding undergraduate placement/ internship experience. 
• Must be eligible to work in Czech Republic without the need for a work permit / sponsorship
