Global Quoting Manager

Job Description

The Global Quoting Manager is an individual contributor responsible for ensuring that the offnet tail pricing is efficiently administrated for specific customer cases. The Quoting Manager must also play a significant role in finding the best solution in terms of price, delivery timescales, supplier quality and technical specifications of the offered services

Day to Day Transactional

  • Handle RFIs, RFQs and RFPs in order to support the acquisition of local access services

  • Matching the targets and deadlines for the projects and bids

  • Enters/uploads all quote requests into Arelion’s off net pricing tool

  • Focus on timeliness of tail quotes, accuracy of quotes and RFS dates, and balancing best tail price, delivery timescales and supplier quality

  • Working with automated quoting system, excel and Salesforce and supports Head of Global Quoting Team with most up-to-date offnet offering

  • Assist in maintaining a database of quotes provided, to ensure budgetary costs can be estimated where speed is essential and to track same and/or similar requests coming in from different parties.

  • Assist with any additional administrative requirements (filing of historical data) when required
  • Administrates various offers for customer proposals and is able to maintain comparable statistics on achieved tail pricing
  • Produces reports on a timely manner to ensure that quotes are up-to-date and to measure performance of suppliers and escalates any issues
  • Run specific recurrent reports and ad-hoc reports requiring wider or carrier specific knowledge.
  • Responsible for coordinating and reviewing off net local access quotes for enterprise coming via SF
  • Maintaining the daily relationship with Buyers within the Network Procurement team
  • Supports sales team in order to achieve best solution and price for the specific customer case
