We are recruiting for a Global Project Manager Wound Care Operations. We want to place this role at our  HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden  and the role will report into the Technical Director.

As Global Project Manager, you drive Wound Care Operations projects to deliver targeted benefits, supporting the organization’s strategy. You work closely with and support factories and procurement in spreading project management best practice within the organization and ensure that projects are progressing within the planned cost and timelines. You will coordinate and manage global cross-functional teams and utilize resources efficiently.

Key Accountabilities

  • To provide data and reports to the management to drive decisions
  • Effective resource planning
  • To facilitate efficient project workflows
  • Manage external Project Management Consultants
  • Simplify communication and team collaboration
  • Project-related training and knowledge sharing across the teams
  • Initiate – Plan – Execute – Control – Close assigned projects according the Mölnlycke project model
  • Ensure project quality, timeliness, costs and customer satisfaction; report performance
  • Communicate project progress to all stakeholders
  • Tracking of costs, investments, time and resource and provide corrective actions in case of deviations
  • Qualifications

  • Academic degree in engineering or business
  • Minimum of 5 years in leading cross functions projects in an international and multi-cultural environment through complete project stages
  • Ideally an understanding of the healthcare / medical industry
  • Proven leadership and project management skills, confident in communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Expert knowledge in project management methodologies with the ability to plan and prioritise multiple projects
  • Experienced in project budgeting and tracking
  • Problem solving and analytical mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and working IT knowledge
  • Prepared to travel globally to support project implementation
  • Willingness to relocate to Gothenburg, Sweden is a prerequisite
