Job Summary/Purpose :
Reporting to the Global Head of Omnichannel platforms in the Sandoz Customer Engagement Team, the Global PMO, Omnichannel Platforms, oversees the coordination and administration of the online program including but not limited to planning, organizing, scheduling, budgeting, and leading program activities.
Your Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Manages the portfolio of projects and works with the different business areas to keep track of project progress.
Supports the end-to-end project vision and implementation creating efficient channels of communication and processes enhancing communication and Improvement Opportunity generation (IO).
Works together with other Customer Engagement team members and other PMOs on communication topics. Owns the internal communication channels (Sharepoint, newsletters, etc) and exploits them in coordination with the different Product Managers and Owners for the Online Team.
Creates project status reports.
Manages projects budget and allocation of resources.
Coordinates project contracts with partners, SoWs and procurement processes.
Coordinates team workshops and alignment sessions both internally as well as with local teams.

Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
6+ years' experience with product or marketing teams, and 4+ years in management positions.
Proven experience in similar positions of management in multinational projects
Agile certifications or equivalent Product development experience in agile setup
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven knowledge in Drupal, de-couple architecture and design systems will me considered.
Proficiency with workflow collaboration tools such as: Jira, Confluence, BaseCamp, Asana, Smart Sheets, or others that have the same functionality will be considered
Experience with Pharmaceutical/BioPharma/Life Sciences Projects will be considered.
English proficiency, other languages are a plus.
Fiscal management skills. Highly accurate with many details.
Preferred Requirements: OPTIONAL
Able to work positively and effectively with multiple internal and external partners and clients.
Willingness to travel.
