The Global HR Data Management Team is built on an innovative and customer-focused culture.
As a member of our diverse and dynamic team, you will help drive SAP’s global strategies, manage employee data, execute key HR-processes, and deliver a 5-star customer experience for our employees and stakeholders, every day.
As an HR Data Management Associate (part-time, 30 hours/week), you will be responsible for managing SAP employee data according to the highest standards of quality and compliance. This will be done through SAP software such as SuccessFactors. The efficiency and quality of our work is critical because all processes, stakeholders, and decisions depend on the data we manage throughout the entire employee journey. The beauty of being a part of a global team is that you will also have various opportunities for career growth and to initiate or participate in projects focused on HR processes, digital innovation/transformation, and global branding.
