What you’ll bring to the role:
- University/Advanced degree is required, Master’s degree in fields such as business administration, finance, law or a scientific or technical field is preferred. Strong preference for CIPS or similar professional qualification.
- Fluent English in both spoken and written
- > 5-10 years of Procurement experience and contracting experience, category management, supplier management, or related area, preferably within REFS Categories such as Facility Services, Real Estate, Utilities / Sustainability, Capital Projects (Capex)
- Proven track of leadership experience as well as people management of cross-country teams
- Ability to navigate global matrix, organization
- Strong project management or other leadership experience
- Strong influencer in decision-making process within and outside of procurement.
