Job Description


What will your main responsibilities include?

  • Process and environment analysis to identify factors affecting cost and quality efficiency
  • Developing new processes that allow the implementation of new areas and solutions for clients
  • Supervising the implementation of optimization processes
  • Coordinating work standardization and transferring best practices to other areas
  • Support and coordination of change implementation processes
  • Analysis of the potential of changes and simulations of the implementation of changes
  • Supporting decision-making processes by calculating the return on investment and analyzing the costs associated with investments
  • Minimizing the risks associated with the introduced changes
  • Searching for solutions ensuring compliance with legal requirements for both existing and new processes

This is the right job for you, if you:

  • Have at min. 3 years of work in a position related to Continuous Improvement / Optimization Expert
  • Have knowledge in e-commerce processes - will be highly appreciated
  • Have very good knowledge of the best practices of Operational Excellence and Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Management,
  • Have very good knowledge of Supply Chain & Operations
  • Have analytical approach and good problem solving skills
  • Have project Management skills
  • Have advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • Have display high leadership abilities to encourage, develop and motivate people
  • Are goal-oriented, focused on achieving high impact results
  • Work effectively English (desired B2+)
  • Are open to business trips
