Overall Purpose of job

Supporting the overall fleet strategy of the Firm through providing support to the Sales General Manager in business development and acquisition opportunities

Supporting the dealerships in their sales strategies and marketing activities

Place in Organisation

This position reports directly to the Sales General Manager. There is close liaison with other members of the Sales, Marketing, PR and Finance teams as well as a need to communicate with KME Sales department

Key Responsibilities

The following is a non exhaustive list of responsibilities for the role:

· Fleet management:

o Active acquisition of new clients

o Key account management

o Set up of fleet conditions

o Daily communication with dealer´s network

o Communication with leasing companies

o Weekly reporting

White Label (Kia Leasing):

o Development and coordination of the project

o Communication with KME/HCE

o Dealer coaching

o Marketing campaign

o Weekly reporting

Business Centers :

o development and coordination

o standards implementation

o Dealer coaching

o Monthly reporting

· Used Car project

o development and coordination

o sourcing of used vehicles

o maintained process of used car sales

Person Specification:

· Experience in automotive industry

· Fleet experience is favourable

· Minimum two year’s work experience essential

· Very good presentation skills.

· Negotiation and trouble shooting skills.

· Good English communication skills.

· Good computer skills (MS-Office, specially Excel, SAP preferable)

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Good organisational skills

· Team player

· Quality orientated

· Self-motivated, responsive and organised

· Certain and accurate working style

· Result driven

· Willingness to work in an international environment
