For international Investor/Developer in Real Estate I am searching independent Financial Manager who will help to stabilize and set up processes in Czech republic. And communicate with the team abroad. Very good opportunity for somebody who does not like corporate environment and wants to be part of developing Invest company in CZE in very small team (for now 🙂 )

• All Purpose Financial Reporting
• Developing Cash Flow Statements
• Making Financial Forecasts / Budgets
• Managing Relationships with the Bankers, Auditors and Regulatory Authorities
• Complying Complies with Local Legal Regulatory Requirements
• Ad/Hoc Reports

• at least 5 years of Financial Experience
• Czech Language
• English at the Fluent Level
• MS Excel
• IFRS knowledge
• Understanding of Investment & Financial Indicators
• Ability to work both Individually and in a Team
• Preferrably worked in Audit Companies (preferrably Big 4)
