Our Finance Graduate Programme will give you numerous opportunities to further develop your career by working in Corporate and Commercial Finance. You will be a part of a team which is consulted and involved in advising on resource allocation of investments; developing pricing & revenue strategies; evaluating and improving returns; executing budgeting and reporting processes and, of course, in managing the delivery of consistent profit growth to the Group's shareholders. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar;
• Recently graduated and/or up to 3 years of professional experience;
• Passion for Finance and a general knowledge of its core functions;
• Analytical and decision-making skills;
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong intercultural competencies from international experiences;
• Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative and a drive to succeed;
• National and/or international mobility;
• Proficiency in English (both written & spoken) and Czech;
