You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, and answering calls and emails.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Organize leadership team meetings in Prague and other locations, including the preparation of the agenda

  • Organize various engagement initiatives on a local level (e.g. development weeks with workshops)

  • Create and support a “Best Place to Work” environment and friendly company culture.

  • Cooperation with reception and CBRE in the office management area

  • Support HR, Payroll, Legal, CGA, and IT departments

  • Manage business trips, prepare expense reports, keep files

  • Manage credit cards for all the employees, acting as a key user for administration applications and training newcomers on credit cards

  • What you will bring

    A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • High school or university degree

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, in organizing events, HR or administrative positions (previous assistant position as an advantage)

  • Office management as well as event and project management experience is nice to have

  • Attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude, very good communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent English, Czech/Slovak language

  • The user of MS Office

  • Driving license B, active driver

  • The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
