The main purpose of this role is to help with all sorts of organisation and coordination of educational and promotional events and their administration.
Your responsibilities:
  • Provide organisational, logistic and communication support to Engineering and the Community team.
  • Take care of all the technical facilities for organising events both online and offline.
  • Social media support (publishing posts when needed).
  • Operational event production (ordering printing of materials, renting what is needed).
  • Ensure promotion with partnering entities, for example, by providing relevant logos, texts and pictures.
  • Catering, accommodation and transportation support.
  • Secure details of visibility at events and its administration.
  • We would like to see you apply if you:
  • Have experience with people networking.
  • Have experience in event management (both offline and online), especially from the technical and logistics perspective.
  • Have experience with external vendors (securing photographers).
  • Have basics of the website's edits and social media management.
  • Have experience with events administration.
  • Have a native level of Czech.
  • Have an advanced level of English (both verbal and written).
  • Have experience with online events tools (, zoom, recordings, …).
  • Have advanced experience with Google technologies (drive, docs, sheet, calendar…).
  • Have good people networking skills, technical skills and an eye for detail.
  • Have a proactive, very open and transparent personality with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Are you ready to work sometimes out of working hours (evenings, weekends) needed due to the nature of our global audiences?
    Are you ready to travel? We organise events in a variety of places all over Europe.
    In the future, we are open to extending the position to full-time.
