Event Coordinator HCP Training (Prague based)
Overview
Edwards Lifesciences is looking for a THV Event Coordinator HCP Training who will be responsible for efficient planning and management of events.
We are offering a limited contract for approx. 1 year (with a high probability of extension).
Location: Prague 8.

Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage all event details such as venue, travel, transportation, decor, catering/reservations, invitees and waiting list management, faculty coordination, equipment, promotional material etc.
Partnership with agencies and internal stakeholders (country assistants, field team etc.)
Pre-meeting preparation of materials, notebooks, packages, registration lists etc.
Ensure compliance with healthcare professionals (HCPs) guidelines/ethical code, insurance, legal, health and safety obligations
Onsite support during the events when needed (travelling across EU countries required)
Support the implementation and maintenance of the digital learning management system for HCPs and approval of marketing materials
Organize internal team meetings and events
Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree and approx. 2 – 3 years of prior relevant experience in event management/coordination (medical device or pharma industry preferred)
Fluent English required
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Good problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
Attitude to proactivity, accountability, ability to work in a structured way, desire to learn and to grow professionally, flexibility and familiarity with digital environment, attention to details
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment and to work independently
Ability to travel across EU
