Together with your colleagues in the Digital Back Office team you will do 2nd level support and application management of new ERP system. Here you will play a large role in contributing with your knowledge within the MS Dynamics application suite, including D365 Finance/AX 2012. You will help build up D365 competences in the Digital Back Office team and ensure preparation going from project to operations mode. You will be part of a team of skilled IT experts, who have years of experience in technical support and maintenance of ERP systems including our current Finance system Visma.

Must have:

  • Experienced user of D365FO/AX2012. 
  • Good IT technical knowledge and business understanding
  • Finance knowledge.
  • English B2
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge on Security setup (Users, Roles and Licenses)
  • Experience with D365 ISV modules (Lasernet, TAS SKG)
  • Driving continuous improvements on internal processes.
  • Experience with ITIL processes.
Tasks of the 2nd level support of the application
  • Help end users with issues in D365
  • Initiate root cause analysis for recurring issues
  • Report/escalate issues we cannot handle to 3rd level of support to solve
  • Participate in End User Training
  • Ensure end user understand how to raise issues with the Operations team after they are onboarded to D365. 
  • Participate in test
  • Ensure that knowledge on implementation is rooted in Operations (so we don’t have to rely on a too short handover from project to operations.
Team: 1 Team Lead, 5 Supporters in DK , 6 Supporters in PZN, 2 Developers in Istanbul, 2 Testers in PZN
