EAME Marketing coordinator

What role will you play in our team:

  • You will engage with some of our marketing programs, communications and operational activities over a number of countries in EAME
  • You will help promote our brands through different channels including printed, digital and social media
  • You will work with ExxonMobil marketing team leveraging set processes, brands, products and techniques to offer solutions to channel partners and customers to drive profitable growth and maximize portfolio revenues
  • You will manage the Marketing Excellence Learning Program KPIs and monitors progress
  • You will Support Brand Advisors & Marketing Development teams in preparation for “Strategy Boards” and follow-ups
  • You will be responsible of the maintenance of some marketing digital programs’ platforms and associated data reporting
  • What are we looking for:

  • University degree of education, Marketing and/or Engineering degree is a plus
  • Basic work experience as a marketer is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency (Written and spoken) in English and German (Additional languages is a plus)
  • Analytical and tactical business mind-set
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to drive the marketing processes from plan to close
