You will transform the Customer Base of Kiwi.com to engaged customers not seeking anymore for any other alternatives in the Travel Industry. You can shape it from any place in the world if you are open to remote cooperation.
What will be your responsibility
You will partner with multiple stakeholders to:
Transform B2C into the primary distribution channel,
Scale Kiwi.com into the top European travel brand.
You will be responsible for:
Implementation of a fully personalized experience across the whole Customer Journey where customers do not need anytime to repeat already shared information.
Building a close relationship with B2C customers and ensures as high a Transformation Rate of B2B2C customers to B2C as possible.
Overseeing the specifics of Mobile Native Apps Product Management and oversees the growing share of Mobile App users.
Enabling the great Transactional Communication offering the resolution even before any need come into the customers’ mind.
Increasing the frequency of Kiwi.com product usage by penetrating the post-booking flow by the engagement activities with the close collaboration with the Marketing department.
Understanding the Budgeting process and the dynamics connected to your domain and active participant in the creation of the company-wide budget.
Being able to prepare a business case for every part of your domain and being able to create a strategic long-term roadmap.
Participating in the Company-wide OKRs process, Strategy definition, and active member of the group responsible for Objective definition in your area
Analytical mind – the ability to establish a data-driven approach and Key Performance Indicators to your domain and key initiatives
You have 8+ years (5 min) in a Product Management role in the IT industry with successfully launched multiple B2C products behind your belt
You have hands-on experience with the B2C Mobile Native Apps Product Management discipline
You have strong product & business & technology acumen and entrepreneurship drive
You have experience in data analytics tools and AB testing
You are able to identify product gaps and market opportunities.
Your English is fluent – both written and spoken. You will work in an environment with people of 50+ nationalities.
You have 8+ experience in driving product development in agile environments
You are used to owning several lines or the whole P&L
You have previous experience with integrating personalization concepts within the whole organisation across multiple departments
You are a strong advocate of your Product domains able to grab attention & traction from the whole organisation and influence other teams
You have previous experiences with the close cooperation with Marketing and Brand departments and the ability to define your Product Marketing strategy
You have experience or deep understanding of the B2C Subscription-based product & business specifics
You understand fully the architecture and tech components behind their product area and the broader architecture. Partners with Engineering Managers to make decisions on technical solutions.
You are able to define the priority of backlog items based on data insights and user feedback and keep the backlog in order, as well as define and own the roadmap priorities.
You know what an MVP means – and how to deliver it.
You will be able to cooperate with remote teams.
You have experience working with designers.
You know how to draw conclusions from a diverse set of user feedback.
You are able to work towards the goals without day-to-day supervision.
