While developing new products, we still keep improving our core product and are therefore looking for self-driven people to join us on this new journey to becoming a decacorn company (Google it, it’s a real thing).  As director of ecosystem, you will be responsible for one of our product strategy’s key elements: our Marketplace.  With the number of apps used by SMBs growing year over year, having a strong ISV and developer ecosystem is more important than ever. That is why Pipedrive users love Pipedrive’s Marketplace as it offers them a wide selection of 3rd party apps that allow them to tailor their CRM experience to their specific needs. One of your main responsibilities will be to further develop this ecosystem by creating an environment where developers can thrive and partners can expand their business. You will be in charge of creating and executing a long-term plan, which covers the overall strategy and how to position the product for sales and revenue teams.

Your new adventure:

  • Own the vision and strategy for Pipedrive’s ecosystem
  • Drive integrability and partnering as a product principle in our leadership team
  • Lead Marketplace operations, developer relations, and the ecosystem’s product management
  • Work closely with the partnerships team to scale our ecosystem through ISV partnerships
  • Actively evangelize our ecosystem internally and externally
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure stellar execution
  • Does this sound like you?

  • Previous experience as director of ecosystem or in a similar role
  • 5+ years of experience with API-based products, integrations and software development
  • 3+ years of experience in leading one or more departments
  • Experience working with product teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Partnership or business development experience is a plus
