Digital Workplace Specialist

The Digital Workplace IT Specialist focuses on the End User Compute employee experience improvement and performs activities related to the implementation, configuration, and on-going support of business information systems. Applying problem-solving skills and the knowledge of best practices to solve issues related to management, deployment, and operation.


Your responsibilities:


  • Be able to establish conceptual documents and able to conduct and steer knowledge transfer workshops
  • Help develop and maintain governance and standards for using productivity tools
  • Understand the business needs and assist in collecting and identifying functional requirements
  • Develop high level solution and low-level solution designs for new digital workplace services in compliance with given processes and methods on Business Relationship Mgmt request
  • Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing
  • Transition and transform existing technologies in a global delivery model including setting up the knowledge transfer, coaching and possible training
  • Validate new solutions and create business cases to get the management approvals
  • Documentation required for transition to operation (e.g., service description, service specification, operational manuals)
  • Continuously improving the services and coordination between Business, IT Engineering, IT Support, and IT Security
  • Use problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise

Your qualification:


  • At least 3 years of experience working with IT in the processes of digital work tools in a business environment
  • Strong understanding of IT Workplace processes, applications, and technology
  • Strong understanding of Unified Endpoint Management: Autopilot, SCCM, Intune, Endpoint Security, Release Management and Patch Management
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), and related products
  • Ideally good understanding of Citrix, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of ITIL4 framework
  • Service customer oriented
