We are looking for a Digital Technologist to be a part of the Digital Marketing Realization – Market Squad team within Human Health IT whose aim in a nutshell is to closely partner with our IT colleagues in the European markets and improve business satisfaction with IT services. We are looking for a quick learner who is passionate about technology and flexible to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Market Squad embedded within the Digital Marketing & Channels team play an important role in ensuring that newly developed product capabilities are successfully adopted, effectively utilized and realized from a technical perspective.
As a Digital Technologist, you will:
Work alongside other digital technologist, digital capability experts and report directly to the regional service lead.
Understand end to end DM&C (Digital Marketing and Channels) product portfolio from technical as well as business persfective.
Be able to explain the benefits of the end to end digital ecosystem to stakeholders.
Communicate with global product teams & in-market Business and IT stakeholders to understand their requirements
Understand and clarify business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
Participate in IT product development activities as required
Configure applications/plugins/widgets to meet technical requirements
Produce and maintain documentation and training materials
Develop and maintain documentation to provide visibility of new implementations as well as of existing Digital Marketing and Channels (DM&C) capabilities to regional and local stakeholders (including availability of those capabilities on a per market basis)
Deliver regular or ad-hoc customized trainings and demos for the newly developed and deployed features to the business stakeholders in the markets.
Assist in-market digital customer engagements teams with adoption & utilization of the digital marketing capabilities such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.
Participate and provide test support and technical co-ordination in SIT and UAT project phases
Drive compliance with our Company’s cyber security standards and Software Development Lifecycle management methodology, as well as architectural standards.
What we need:
Minimum Bachelor’s University degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related field.
Minimum 3 years full-time working experience in IT, digital or a related field.
Good knowledge of the end to end IT digtal ecosystems
Proven track record of working in digital teams or on digital programs
Familiarity with key digital and marketing tools such as WordPress, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, AWS or equivlent
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web tracking technologies
Ability to write in SQL
Proven experience with creation of technical documentation
Good command of English
Talent of a consultant and the ability to collaborate in teams
Furthermore, we will be happy if you have or have heard of one of these
Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, ideally experience working with and setting up JIRA and Confluence.
