If so we are searching for our next  Digital Operations Specialist  to join us to partner with our clients designated projects.

Job Description:

As part of the Commercial Marketing Team, you will determine the best methods to gather information and clean data needed for marketing purposes. You will also manage our marketing automation tool to bring a seamless experience to our customers and prospects across our multiple touchpoints.

You will join a small team, that is passionate about commercial marketing and lead generation, dedicated to delivering a great customer experience across our marketing channels. You will collaborate with our global teams to leverage the power of being an international and diverse company.


  • Drive operations on our marketing automation tool (Pardot) to enable email marketing, segmentation, lead collection, customized reporting
  • Analyse customer journeys and optimize them
  • Propose customer retention and acquisition strategies based on customer journeys on Pardot to improve campaign performance
  • Ensure the quality of the data used for marketing purpose and work closely with legal team to ensure we are GDPR compliant.
  • Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing is a plus
  • Highly computer literate, 
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM and Pardot, html and CMS tools.
  • Experience in other marketing tools like social studio, falcon, google analytics is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English 
  • Autonomous, rigorous, detailed oriented and well-organised
  • Good understanding of data and process flows
  • Good knowledge of data regulations across Europe.
  • Customer-focused specialist with a positive, can-do attitude. 
  • Good administration and planning skills 
  • Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically with proven analytical when dissecting large amounts of data and turning it into actionable initiatives
  • Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, mathematics, statistics, IT or Business
