About the Role

We are looking for a digital marketing specialist who will be able to develop and execute online campaigns to support several products of Kuoni Tumlare Congress, to deliver high quality strategy and flawless execution to generate new leads through various digital channels. This can be a hybrid or remote role where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the Kuoni Tumlare business to run programmes, end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design the paid & social media strategy (with KPIs and objectives) and coordinate with external agencies for effective execution.
  • Analyse the media campaigns and understand their outcomes towards optimisation.
  • Managing creation of weekly and monthly content calendars
  • Community Management of Social Media profiles
  • Creating and copyrighting content to accompany all media posts and advertisements
  • Create and maintain paid media audience database for advertising targeting
  • Managing budget allocation to ensure appropriate levels of spend
  • Job Requirements

    To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Proficient written & verbal English speaker (C1)
  • Events and Tourism expertise preferred, but not essential
  • Understanding of development of paid media & social media strategies
  • Expertise in running & managing Google PPC, LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter ad campaigns
  • Experience with SEO and keyword research to inform content creation
  • Understanding of effective coordination of media & marketing agencies.
  • We Are Looking for a Person With:

  • Excellent campaign management skills
  • Ability to proactively spot and flag potential challenges and opportunities
  • Knowledge of executing projects as part of wider lead generation programme
  • Ability to play a key part in brainstorms for ongoing and future campaigns
  • Ability to collect research and provide thoughtful analysis (e.g. competitor analysis, industry trends)
