About the job
Sanofi Specialty Care Business Unit provide innovative treatments for patients suffering from Rare Diseases (Gaucher, Pompe, Fabry, MPS1 diseases), Oncology Diseases/cancers, Immunology Diseases and Multiple Sclerosis.
As a Digital Engagement Manager you will have responsibility for development and implementation of new innovative solutions in area of communication and engagement with HCPs and patients (including Patients Associations) with the purpose to increase of awareness about the diseases and the products Specialty Care is covering (for HCPs only).
Responsibility for development and implementation of 360 Digital strategy for Sanofi Specialty Care, incl. medical digital and customers strategy per franchises
Preparation and execution of Digital projects as part of each Franchise/ Medical Affairs strategy including KPI set up and evaluation for fulfillment
Responsibility for budget (medical affairs and franchises) and monitoring of Digital projects budget spending
Monitoring and analysis of Digital communication environment, proposals of new solution for Sanofi Specialty Care
Responsibility for sharing information on Digital (medical and franchises) projects across the Company
In coordination with Medical Affairs and Franchises, propose right customer journey and Communication mix for HCPs, but also Patients associations and patients in cooperation with SFE Manager and Customer Engagement Specialist to ensure its reporting
In coordination with Medical Affairs and Franchises and SFE, propose and implement the best solutions to increase interaction with HCPs & Patients
Proposal and preparation of new ways of communication with HCPs and Patients as virtual visit, webinars, online round tables, seminars, as part of the customer journey and in line with customer persona
Participation at Cycle and other internal meetings, education of Sales Force for each tool
Support Implementation and roll out of One CRM for both Medical Affairs and Commercial Operations
Experience : Experience in digital/online marketing is a clear asset, real affinity for digital projects, solutions, social media, and digital marketing, with ideally some experience and projects to share
Soft skills : Analytical and strategic thinking, creativity, ability of efficient negotiation, project management, presentation skills, organization skills, ability to adapt to different cultural environment, strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
Technical skills : MS Office, social media, online marketing, and communication, graphic skills and the ease of writing articles, posts
Education : Master’s degree in business or Science
Languages : Fluent in English, fluent in Czech or Slovak
