The Opportunity: You’ll be joining a people-focused company. As a Site Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Creating, improving and maintaining automated systems for code compilation, testing, and deployment
  • Providing Non-Production & Production support and problem solving
  • Managing virtual machines, IaaS in our Azure cloud
  • Highly focused on rapid deployment, automation and process improvement
  • Setting up and maintaining mission-critical production environments
  • Other tasks to help manage the build and delivery of our revolutionary software solutions


Technical Skills/Experience Required:

  •  Networking knowledge – IP addresses, subnets, routing, proxy traffic
  •  Azure Cloud – Compute, VNET, NSGs, etc.
  •  Unix/Linux based environments
  •  Application troubleshooting – Java based
  •  Scripting – Bash, Python
  •  Monitoring – Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
  •  Configuration Management – Chef
  •  Infrastructure as Code – Terraform
  •  Version Control – Git, GitHub

Experience in the following would be a bonus but not a must:

  •  AWS Cloud – Lambda functions, ALB/ELB, IAM, RDS, etc.
  •  Database experience (Postgres, Oracle, MSSQL)
  •  Scripting in PowerShell
  •  Ansible automation
  •  Container experience (Kubernetes)
  •  CI/CD experience

The ideal candidate will need to have:

  •  Personal accountability and strong communication skills
  •  A strong desire to acquire and master new skills
  •  Knowledge of best practices and IT operations to support an always-up, always-available service
  •  Occasional out of hours work and on-call is required
