The project and the team
We are looking for an open-minded person who will be responsible for delivering the client’s requirements. This position is mainly focused on supporting the development team in infrastructure development and maintaining continuous integration. The project also involves design and development of infrastructure responsible for continuous deployment as well as supporting the maintenance and development of test environments.
What else you should know:
  • Your job would involve close cooperation with the Engineering Manager, DevOps Engineers, CloudOps Developers
  • Our tech stack includes: Git, Jenkins, GCP, AWS, Jira
  • We use the Agile methodology 
  • The client is based in the US

We work on multiple interesting projects at a time, so we may invite you to an interview for a different project if we see that your competencies and profile are well suited for it.
Your role
As a part of the project team, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines for building, deploying and configuring developed tools in the project
  • Implementing performance tests for infrastructure
  • Proposing and implementing performance changes to infrastructure
  • Preparing a multi-cloud infrastructure running app
  • Taking part in the migration process from public cloud to private cloud 
  • Automating deployments
  • Consulting customers regarding architecture recommendations and implementation approaches
  •  Working with both cloud and on-premise environments
  • Supporting teammates
  • Attending weekly standups with the customer
Do we have a match?
As a Mid DevOps Engineer you must meet the following criteria:
  • Good knowledge of Jenkins
  • Knowledge of GCP, AWS
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker
  • Knowledge of Git
  • CI/CD tools like CircleCI, GitLab, GitHub Actions
  • Familiarity with ArgoCD will be a plus
  • Good communication skills, English (B2 level), ability to confront technical solutions with the team and the customer’s technical representatives to validate the solution with the client
