Presentations presenting virtual reality, career websites, comic book designs, filming talk shows with Czech business leaders, annual CSR report, animated social media posts, catalog of promotional items, infographics, graphic design of offices or organizing training about our brand for colleagues. This is just a brief list of what our internal graphic studio is working on, whose manager we are looking for.
THE TEAM YOU WILL BE WORKING IN
PwC Design studio is a young team of in-house and external graphic designers and videomakers with a positive mindset and friendly approach. We translate the tasks of our internal clients (consultants, auditors, marketeers) into carefully designed presentations, sound business proposals, dynamic corporate videos, catchy social media posts or complex websites. Following the guidelines of renowned global brands we only deliver outputs with high quality and attractive content. You can also meet us at our team building sessions which we devote to art exhibitions or guided tours on Prague modern architecture. And a few drinks afterwards, obviously.
YOU WILL REPORT TO MANAGER
Marek Mrazhas been with the firm since 2018 and this is his third time in the position of marketing director. He has vast experience in integrated marketing campaigns for international markets and project management both in the commercial and public sector. When not in the office Marek can be seen hiking in the mountains, reading a book on British history in the armchair or playing the bass guitar with his daughters.
Marek will love to cooperate and have fun with a dedicated manager who will not only carry out his/her vision of the design studio but also fit in the marketing department leadership.
JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY
Account/traffic management: Liaising with internal clients to understand business and project needs, assigning designers to a work/ project, creating and implementing monthly deadlines, project goals etc.
Management of an eight-member team of graphic designers, external experts and agencies
Managing all types of projects such as: business presentations, web sites, filming a talk show or making livestream for hundreds of people
Managing projects from initial idea to final completion
Coordination with global and regional team
And the classics: preparation of presentations, drafting orders, managing team budget, etc.
REQUIREMENT OF THE ROLE
More than three years of experience as an Account Manager/ Project Manager or Manager of Graphic studio or communication agency
Excellent creative and innovative skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity with internal team at different levels in the organization
Basic insight into the practice of graphic design, video production, etc.
Fluent in Czech/Slovak and good command of English
Skills in Google Suite, Adobe CC and MS Office, Project Management softwares are a nice addition
Finished University Degree
