Rossum has momentum and it is a perfect time to expand our customer success team by a customer-centric marketer who is empathetic and understands the customers’ needs and challenges, a team player who can work nicely with other departments, and most importantly a storyteller – someone who is able to weave the story from the buying phase through to the customer phase.
As a Customer Marketing Manager at Rossum you will be part of our CSM team, currently consisting of 6 people! You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs to drive the most value and impact out of our products. Your main focus will be on supporting our customer success team to drive retention and helping us to maintain a consistent experience throughout the customer lifecycle and ensure that customers see value in the product, renew or purchase from us again, and ofcourse advocate the product to their network.

After tripling our revenue in 2020 and securing Eastern Europe’s largest-ever Series A funding of $100M in 2021 , we plan to further expand our market share and invest heavily across our Go-to-market teams & our research and development backbone.
