We are looking for the person, who will be responsible for all activities and processes related to Customer Service, sales orders management within JDE system including relevant documents preparation.


  • Order management for patients on peritoneal dialysis (PD), patient transport coordination;

  • Sales order management EDI/ e-web;

  • Product returns process management including Credit Notes preparation;

  • Active communication with PD centers and relevant dedicated customers to maximize their business potential;

  • Backorders processing and recording;

  • Active communication with internal customers, especially with Business Manager of to ensure mutual know-how sharing;

  • Set up relevant customers in JDE system, communication with Finance, Quality Assurance department;

  • Participation in regular meetings of relevant business teams;

  • JDE issues solving via set up process – Help Line;

  • Be ready to support Customer Service team and back up other CS colleague;

  • Be ready to support Customer Operations department;

  • Be ready to support testing and developing new processes within Customer Service department.


  • High school graduation;

  • Minimum 1 year experience within Customer Service area;

  • Czech Language – native speaker, English – on communication level (to be able understand trainings and information from global level);

  • Knowledge of MS Office on user level, ability to work within other systems.
